FROM THE DIRECTOR:
The Compuware Hockey Organization has and maintains an outstanding reputation and "A Tradition of Excellance" within the hockey world. Compuware teams have and will be known for being well coached, highly skilled, disciplined and above all, being the hardest working teams on as well as off the ice.
It is paramount that we continue this reputation. Youth hockey coaches are the individuals that should be commended for the development of players once they reach the Junior, College or Professional ranks. While winning has importantance and should be stressed, let’s remember why we are all here.
Our mission is to develop hockey players so that they may reach their highest potential, no matter what level that may be. Our focus should center on mentoring, developing and shaping the character of these fine young people that participate in the Compuware Hockey Program. Let us make sure each and every player has a memorable and positive experience while they compete in our hockey organization.
